1. Introduction

2. Reservations and Accommodations

2.1 Reservation Requirements

To make a reservation at Kixmak Casino Hotel, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Provide valid identification upon check-in
• Provide a valid credit card for room guarantee and incidental charges
• Agree to abide by all hotel policies and regulations

2.2 Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation number or email from us. We recommend that you retain this confirmation for your records and bring it with you at check-in.

2.3 Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but are subject to availability and additional fees.

2.4 Room Assignments

While we make every effort to honor specific room requests, room assignments are subject to availability at the time of check-in. We reserve the right to assign or change room assignments at our discretion.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Rates and Charges

All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and resort fees. Resort fees include access to specific amenities as listed at the time of booking.

3.2 Deposit Requirements

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Depending on the rate plan and length of stay, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks and cash payments may be accepted under certain conditions and with proper identification.

3.4 Incidental Authorization

Upon check-in, an authorization will be obtained on your credit card for room charges, taxes, and estimated incidental charges. Any unused portion of this authorization will be released upon check-out, though the timing of this release depends on your financial institution.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

4.1 Standard Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a charge equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

4.2 Special Event and Group Cancellation Policy

Reservations made during special events or for group bookings may have different cancellation policies. These specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.

4.3 Reservation Modifications

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and rate changes. Please contact our reservations department for assistance with any modifications.

4.4 No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification will result in cancellation of your entire reservation and a charge equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

5. Casino Gaming Rules

5.1 Age Restrictions

All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino floor and participate in gaming activities. Valid government-issued photo identification is required.

5.2 Player's Club Membership

Participation in our Player's Club program is subject to separate terms and conditions, which are available at the Player's Club desk or on our website.

5.3 Gaming Regulations

All gaming activities at Kixmak Casino Hotel are regulated by the State Gaming Commission and are subject to their rules and regulations.

6. Conduct and House Rules

6.1 General Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not interfere with the enjoyment of other guests. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or any illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.

6.2 Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking in non-smoking rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.

6.3 Pet Policy

Service animals are welcome throughout the property. Non-service pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms and are subject to a pet fee.

6.4 Damage Policy

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied to the credit card on file.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of our guests, Kixmak Casino Hotel is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left in guest rooms or public areas. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.

In no event shall Kixmak Casino Hotel be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your stay or use of our services.

9. Force Majeure

Kixmak Casino Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or governmental action.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
